What exactly is a credit?
One credit = 15 minutes of AI interview time. A 30-minute round costs 2 credits. Credits are deducted when an interview session starts, and reconciled against actual usage — so if your candidate takes 12 minutes on a 15-minute round, only 1 credit is consumed.
Do credits expire?
No. Once purchased, credits stay in your wallet until used. There's no monthly forfeit, no "use it or lose it" cycle.
What's the deal with 5 free credits on signup?
Every new organization gets 5 credits (75 minutes of interview time) free on signup. No card required. Use them to run 5 real interviews and see how the scored reports work before paying for anything.
Is GST included in the price?
No. All listed prices (₹99/credit, ₹2,500/pack, etc.) are pre-GST. Indian customers pay 18% GST on top, which appears on your invoice and is fully ITC-claimable.
Can I cancel or refund unused credits?
Credits are non-refundable once purchased, but they never expire. If you need to wind down the account, your unused credits can be transferred to a different team or HROne workspace within the same organization.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, and direct bank transfer for orders above ₹50,000. Enterprise customers on Scale can be invoiced with 30-day terms.
Do I need to be on HROne to use AI Interviewer?
No. AI Interviewer is a standalone product — you can use it without the full HROne HR suite. If you are on HROne, the two products are designed to talk to each other, and Recruitment-module customers get integrated workflows.
How does this compare to using ChatGPT or another LLM?
AI Interviewer is a voice-first product, not a chatbot. It speaks the questions out loud, listens to the candidate's spoken response, proctors with periodic screenshots, scores against a defined rubric, and produces an audit-ready report. Building this stack on top of a general-purpose LLM is doable but takes months — we've done it.
